Petitions were filled and Homeless Dave gets unanimous support at 100 person DTES Neighbourhood Council General Meeting today for hunger strike demands. Carnegie Community Centre Association comes on board today as endorsers as well. Call into Chief Chu, Dave wants to meet with him and get him to personally lobby for social hsg at police centre because of violence unleashed on DTES residents under their watch and often by their hands. New tent for picket site for next 2 weeks of rain. Planning meeting tomorrow for peeps who want to organize for Dave in the coming weeks, need more endorsements and to plan next action! No homes, no peace!
